This week the Year 2 cloakrooms have had a face lift! In the past our cloakrooms have often been untidy and children's property has been lost. We had a great day on Monday during our Superhero day. We designed and made our own costumes and enjoyed a range of superhero activities including - designing fact files, collected data and found out what our favourite superhero was, made mask and wrote stories.
Year 2's topic this half term has been centred around dragon's. This week we asked the children to bring in their dragon egg's made at home. We had a large variety of dragon eggs using different materials and techniques, the children shared with their friends on how they were made.
In Year 2 PE lessons this week the children have been learning balances and traveling whilst using the main apparatus.
