As part of Year 2’s topic this term, the pupils are learning about Remembrance day.  We were lucky to have a special guest, Mr. Nolan, previously our Site Manager came along and held an assembly to talk to the children about his time spent in the Army as a Warrant Officer Class 1 and the meaning of Remembrance day.  Mr. Nolan brought in his medals, pictures and uniform for the children to see.  The children enjoyed the assembly very much and had lots of questions to ask.  Thank you to Mr. Nolan for coming into school to talk to our pupils.
