Year 2 had a fun learning time in the forest. We followed the route to the forest using an aerial photograph of our school. We used our mapping skills to find things that were hidden in the forest. We gave our partners instructions to follow and tried to use the compass directions to help us. In our child initiated time some of us drew our own maps of the forest, some of us made a delicious (or should that be disgusting)  dinner for Mr Twit!  We also looked for signs of Spring and used the Ipad to take some photographs.
