Year 2 Superhero’s day

We had a great day on Monday during our Superhero day. We designed and made our own costumes and enjoyed a range of superhero activities including - designing fact files, collected data and found out what our favourite superhero was, made mask and wrote stories.

Our annual firework display took place on Thursday 2nd November 2017, this annual event is organised and ran by our parent teacher association PoGo's and the Junior school PTA FROGJS. Rotary Christmas Shoebox Appeal

This year Gomer Infant School are supporting the Rotary International Shoebox Scheme for disadvantaged children in Albania, Montenegro, Moldova and Romania. Year 2 Dragon eggs

Year 2's topic this half term has been centred around dragon's. This week we asked the children to bring in their dragon egg's made at home. We had a large variety of dragon eggs using different materials and techniques, the children shared with their friends on how they were made.

Year 1 Harvest day
