This morning the staff at Gomer Infant School held a Macmillian breakfast prior to the start of school.  The breakfast was attended by many of our staff who enjoyed either a bacon or sausage butty with a coffee or cup of tea for a donation.  We have raised so far £40.00 towards this amazing cause.

In Year 2 we are learning facts about Dragons.  We have been concentrating on the features  of a report including appropriate adjectives and a range of conjunctions.  We were excited to learn that a dragon had visited our forest (leaving a few clues!) and let us with a challenge of looking after her egg.
