Due to the school having to close to pupils for polling today some of the staff received first aid training from Ash who works for St John's Ambulance.  The day was spent refreshing our first aid knowledge and practicing essential life saving skills.  All attending staff members passed the course with flying colours, well done

This week Year 1's had their first tennis lesson from JG Tennis.  As the weather was dry all the children got the opportunity to practice tennis skills outside on the school playground.  The tennis lessons will take place every Friday for the next 5 weeks.

As part of Year R new life topic this term, Year R went on a school trip to Longdown Activity Farm on Tuesday 28th March 2017.  The children got to hold chicks, feed the pigs and goats and much more.  Everyone including the adults had an amazing time.
