Mrs. Russell and some members from the Dad’s club gave their time on Saturday morning to tidy up the car park garden areas. The Dad’s/ Grandads and children all helped weed and plant new flowers. PoGo’s large fundraising event this term was ‘The Creature Teachers’. After a drink and snack the children were introduced to the many different types of animals and learnt lots of very interesting facts, whilst getting up close to creepy crawlies, reptiles, mammals and birds. Tuesday 19th December 2017, was our Christmas dinner for pupils and staff. With everyone in the decorated hall and the Christmas songs playing it was a very enjoyable lunchtime. Gomer Infant School today held a Christmas jumper day raising monies for Save the Children. Staff and pupils came into school with fabulous festive jumpers with some having been handmade.
