On Tuesday 10th December the School Nursing team came to our school to give Year R, 1 and 2 the flu vaccine.  The uptake this year for the flu vaccine was 89%!  By vaccinating children against flu it will not only protect them against what can be an unpleasant illness, but it also helps stop them from spreading flu to vulnerable friends and relatives.  Well done to all our flu heroes!
